Searching for Reports
To display a list of Dynamic Reports:

On the [side
menu](/help/pro/navigation/-/side/menu), click Reports and
select Dynamic Reports from
the expanded list of options. The Search Report dialog box opens.

(Optional) Focus the search by specifying
any of these options:
Report
Name: To find a specific report, enter its name here.

Keyword:
Enter any keyword associated with the report.

Report
Family: Dynamic Reports are organized into families, which
generally correspond to SmartOffice modules. Select a report family
from the list to limit the search to reports related to a particular
module. The report families available vary depending on the user's
SmartOffice licenses.

Report
Category: Report families are further divided into report
categories. Select a category from the drop-down list to limit
results to a particular category.

Created
By: To display reports created by a particular user in
the office, click the Created
By hyperlink and then choose a user from the user list
that opens.

Show
My Favorite List: The user can select this option to display
only those reports that he/she has marked as favorites. See [Adding
a Report to the Favorites List](/help/pro/dynamic/reports/-/adding/a/report/to/the/favorites/list).

Reports
Shown: In this section, select one of the following:
All
Reports: This option displays all reports matching
the criteria specified in the dialog box.

Created
by Me: This option displays only those reports that
match the criteria specified in the dialog box and that were
created by the signed-in user.

Hide
SmartOffice-provided content: This option excludes
from the search results any prepackaged reports that came
with SmartOffice. Note that this option is available only
when the All Reports option is selected.

Created
by me and my proxies: This option displays only those
reports that match the criteria specified in the dialog box
and that were created by the user or other users' with whom
the user has a proxy
relationship/-/introduction).

Include
Reports created in Parent Office(s): This option displays
only if the user selects the Created
by Me or Created by
me and my proxies option. It enables the user to include
or exclude reports from any parent offices in an enterprise

Click the Search
button.

Dynamic Report List
The results of a Dynamic Report search display in the Dynamic Report
List.
Reports created in the System office are highlighted in light blue.
