To Add a Medical Facility

Select Medical Facilities from

the expanded Insurance menu

to open the Search Medical Facilities dialog box.

Click the Search button

to display the Medical Facility List.

Click the New button

to open the New Detail tab.

-

Enter the Medical Facility information and then click the Key Relations tab to enter Key Relation

information, if applicable.

Click the Save button

to save the additions.
