Add a Service Provider

Select Service Providers from the expanded Insurance menu to display the Service Provider List.

Click the New button to display the New Service Provider Detail content link.

Enter the Service Provider information and then click the Key Relations content link to enter Key Relation information, if applicable.

Click the Save button to save the additions.
