After the initial synchronization is completed, the user will no longer be required to select the Sync PDA option as the update function will automatically update the records of each user at a designated interval, the default interval is once every 12 hours.

From the side menu, click Setup and then select Sync PDA from the expanded list to open the Update Mobile Device with Changes dialog box.

Select the appropriate Update Selection option and then click the OK button to begin the update.

Note: The Perform a Full Refresh of the Data from SmartOffice option must be selected if this is an initial synchronization, or if the criteria selected in the Setup Wizard has been modified and the user only wants the new criteria to synchronize with the Mobile Device.
