SmartCalendar - Calendar Agenda View

Overview

The Calendar Agenda view displays calendar activities, tasks, and all-day events for a specific date in list format. Users can customize the displayed information using dropdown lists in the toolbar to specify date ranges, sorting, and filtering options.

Key Features

Date Range Options

The Date Ranges dropdown provides preset date range selections. Notable options include:

• Specific Day: When navigating from Calendar Day view, this displays activities scheduled for the day the user was viewing in the Calendar Day
• All Days in Past: Excludes activities from the current day

Customization & Memory

SmartOffice remembers these drop-down list selections and applies them automatically the next time the user accesses the Agenda view.

Reports

Users can generate Calendar Dynamic Reports from the Agenda view by clicking the Options button and selecting Reports > Run 'Activity' Dynamic Reports.
