Overview


This help page describes a feature within SmartOffice CRM that allows users to monitor insurance benefits, premiums, investment costs, and values when viewing contact or business records.


  • It displays insurance benefits, premiums, and investment data automatically calculated by the system
  • Users cannot manually edit this information directly - The system pulls data from insurance policies and investment records stored elsewhere in SmartOffice

Data Refresh


To maintain current information, users should select "Menu > Advanced Options > Validate Current Contact."


Important Limitation


Values from closed investment accounts are not included in the Investment Totals section, even when a closed account contains active positions.
