SmartCalendar - Unfinished Activities

Overview

This help page describes the Unfinished Activities feature in SmartCalendar, which tracks incomplete tasks.

Purpose

The Unfinished Activities list displays all active, tracked activities in SmartCalendar that were scheduled before the current date and that have not yet been marked Done or Cancelled.

Access Method

Users can reach this feature through Calendar > Unfinished Activities in the SmartOffice side menu. The required user right "Unfinished Activities - Side Menu" must be enabled in User Accounts settings.

Key Features

• Custom activity types can also be moved forward in the system
• Users who enable alerts receive notifications about pending activities
• The Alert Center icon provides a count of incomplete tasks
• Users can mark activities as complete from the Unfinished Activities dialog

Activity Classification

SmartCalendar maintains the unfinished status based on a timeframe set in User Preferences - Activity Options. Once this period expires, activities are automatically removed from the unfinished list.
