Overview
In SmartCalendar, there are several ways to view the details of an activity after accessing one of the calendar views or performing an activity search.
Quick View
To quickly view key details about an activity without opening it:
Navigate to one of the calendar views, or perform an activity search.
Point to the activity—or, in the case of a search results list, point to the activity's hyperlink in the first column—and wait about two seconds for its information card to display.
To view full activity details, click the Detail hyperlink in the information card.
Full View
Navigate to one of the calendar views, or perform an activity search.
Double-click the activity to open the Activity Detail dialog.
