Workflow
Contacts Downloaded to SmartOffice Mobile PC during Set-based Synchronization
Contacts that belong to a set are downloaded along with the following
data:
-
Contacts displayed in the following fields:
-
Referred By (Contact Details)
-
Primary Contacts (Business Details)
- Contacts displayed in these sections of the Key Relation tab:
-
Key Relations
-
Business Relations
-
Referred Contacts
- Contacts that are members of a household for which a contact from
the set is the head of the household
- All opportunity related contacts
Each contact downloaded is considered a separate contact and all of
the related contacts for each contact are downloaded to SmartOffice Mobile
PC.
Furthermore, if an activity is within the activity date range specified
in the SmartOffice Mobile PC Setup, and is linked to a contact that is
not a part of the selected set, the linked contact and all of its related
records are downloaded to SmartOffice Mobile PC as mentioned above.
