Overview


This help documentation covers a feature for tracking bank account information related to Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments. The ACH content link is accessible when viewing advisor or agency records and is only visible to users with the "Track ACH license enabled."


Key Features


Creating ACH Records


Users can establish new ACH records through an Options menu. Notable fields include:


  • Verified with Bank
  • tracks verification status (Failed, Pending, or Verified)
  • Use in Reports
  • designates a primary ACH record for Dynamic Reports
  • Future Report Indicator
  • allows marking records that become effective on future dates

Viewing and Editing


Records can be accessed through hyperlinks in the ACH Information list. Users with read-only permissions see bank account numbers appear masked.


Managing Notes


ACH records support SmartPad notes for additional documentation purposes.


Deletion


Records can be removed by selecting them and using the delete option from the Options menu.
