Overview


This help page describes a content link within SmartOffice CRM that displays general agency information and contact details. Users can access it when "viewing an agency" to review business information and communications data.


The page notes that agencies with Production Dashboard licensing enabled will see a different layout including production metrics.


Business Information Section


This section contains agency-specific fields including:


  • Parent Office: Links branch agencies to main office; used for establishing hierarchies
  • Case Manager: Designates the SmartOffice user managing the agency's cases
  • Supervisor: Connects to commission-receiving entities; may have SmartView access
  • Region Code, Office Code, Marketing Mgr: Default values automatically populated in policy advisor lists
  • NPN: Stores the National Producer Number
  • CRD #: Contains FINRA Central Registration Depository number with searchable linkage

The page includes standard business contact areas covering remarks, phone numbers, addresses, and email/web addresses—mirroring information found on business detail records.
