SmartCalendar - Calendar Month View

Overview

The Calendar Month view displays activities for an entire month in SmartCalendar, including calendar activities, tasks and all-day events. All-day events appear above other activities with an "All Day" label.

Key Features

Activity Highlighting

When activities span multiple days, clicking on them highlights the entire calendar area they cover. Click elsewhere to deselect.

View Options

Users can toggle between:

• Standard five-day work week
• Full seven-day week including weekends

Access via: Menu > View Work Week or Menu > View Seven Day Week

Navigation

To jump to a specific month, select "Menu > Go to a Specific Month" and use the date selection dialog.

Status Filtering

A drop-down list in the date bar (right side) allows filtering activities by status.

Training Resource

A training class titled "Working with the Calendar Month" is available to help users learn the calendar's functionality.
