Overview


This SmartOffice help page describes a content link for viewing additional personal contact information. The page covers eight key sections:


Miscellaneous Personal Information


Tracks details like salary, nationality, and driver's license number. The tobacco use field notably integrates with insurance proposal functions.


Miscellaneous Information


A flexible section where users can track any information that SmartOffice does not store in other fields, with customizable field labels.


Contact Identifications


Stores driver's license and ID information, with expiration dates displayed in red if expiring within 30 days.


HIPAA Compliance


The "Protected Contact" option prevents marketing communications. A "HIPAA Clearance" option with expiration dates allows contact if a waiver is signed.


Communication Privacy


Users can restrict postal mail, email, phone, or text communications. A "Do Not Market" option selects all restrictions simultaneously.


Preferred Communication


Sets the default method for corresponding with the contact, though users can override this per communication.


Important Dates


Displays creation date, modification date, last correspondence date, and upcoming calendar activities.


Administrative Sections


User assignment and set membership areas show which accounts and contact groupings are associated with the record. The layout can be customized by users with appropriate permissions.
