Data Import Log

Overview

The Data Import Log displays results from data import operations using investment data downloads, policy imports, and rider imports. It provides details about imported data and any errors encountered.

Opening the Log

The Data Import Log is accessible via SmartOffice's side menu under "Utilities > Data Import Log" or "Integrations > Data Import Log" for users with integration licenses.

Data Import History List

When accessed, users see a Data Import History List displaying all log entries by default. The interface includes a status dropdown filter to narrow results. Users with appropriate permissions can customize displayed columns.

Viewing Details

Log entry details are accessible by clicking the hyperlink in the first column (typically "Import Source"), which displays a detailed view of that specific entry.
