The following Dynamic Reports can be added to SmartOffice. Download the appropriate .zip file, extract the contents, and follow the included instructions. For more help, watch the Dynamic Report Download Fast Class.

Business Prospecting Report


Identify all primary contacts for business records. This report also includes a filter to identify all businesses with 10 or fewer employees. After the Dynamic Report has been added to SmartOffice, the filter can be removed to produce a list of all business contacts regardless of the number of employees.

Dynamic Report Usage Statistics


Identify the most popular Dynamic Reports in your office by taking advantage of the Dynamic Report Usage Statistics tool. View information about when a particular report was run and by whom. Identify reports that could be used on a more frequent basis or that may need to be redesigned -- and make your office even more efficient!

Identify contacts that have made contributions to their IRA accounts since 2000\. This report can be used to analyze contribution patterns and identify clients that have not made a contribution in the current year. A sample IRA Contribution Reminder letter is included.


Life Settlement Prospects


Identify potentially ideal life settlement prospects meeting the following criteria: Contacts 65 or older who have an inforce life policy with a face value of $250,000 or greater. A sample Life Settlement Prospect letters is included.

LTC Prospecting


Identify long-term care insurance prospects meeting the following criteria: Contacts between the ages of 40-55 with an income greater than $50,000 who hold some form of life insurance but no LTC coverage. Sample LTC Prospect Approach letters are included.

These two dynamic reports identify contacts with less-than-ideal life insurance coverage:


  • Below Minimum Coverage report: Contacts with income between $45,000 and $65,000 with less than $250,000 in coverage.
  • Below Ideal Coverage report: Contacts with income between $45,000 and $65,000 with less than $500,000 in coverage.
