The settings specified in the Office Correspondence Options content

office.







The settings on this content link are described in more detail in [User Preferences

- Correspondence Options](/help/pro/user/preferences/correspondence/options). Most of these defaults can be overridden

at the user account level. However, note the following:

Under E-mail Attachment Options, the

Do not store attachments from outgoing e-mails

in SmartOffice setting applies to all users in the office and

is not configurable at the user account level. When this setting is

enabled, e-mail messages sent from SmartOffice are posted to the SmartPad and to

the [Letters/Documents

content link](/help/pro/contacts/and/businesses/-/letters/documents/content/link), but any attachments in those messages are not posted

to those locations. This option helps to conserve storage space.
