Policy Reports

Generating Policy Reports)

1. From an open Contact, click the Menu button and from the expanded list, select Run Report to open the Reports dialog box.
2. Select the Policy Reports button to display the list of available reports and then select the applicable report option.
3. Click the Run button to generate the report.

Generating Policy Based Dynamic Reports)

1. Select Dynamic Reports from the expanded Reports menu to open the Search Dynamic Reports dialog box.
2. Select the appropriate policy option from the Category drop-down list.
3. Click the Search button to display the Dynamic Report List.

Note: To sort the list by a specific column, click the column heading hyperlink.

1. Tag a report and then click the Run Report button to generate the report.
