SmartCampaigns - Searching for Campaigns


Overview


This help page provides instructions for searching and accessing marketing campaigns in SmartOffice CRM's campaign management system.


Key Steps


The process involves three main actions:


  1. Access the Search Dialog: Navigate to Sales & Marketing > Marketing Campaigns from the SmartOffice side menu to open the search interface.
  1. Enter Search Criteria: Users can specify a campaign name and/or sponsor in designated fields. Leaving fields empty displays all available campaigns in the system.
  1. Execute Search: Clicking the search button generates results displayed in the Marketing Campaign List.

Available Campaign List Functions


From the resulting list, users can perform four primary operations: view campaign details, modify existing campaigns, establish new campaigns, and remove campaigns from the system.


Additional Features


The Marketing Campaign List includes an "Include Inactive Campaigns" toggle at the top of the interface. When activated, this option ensures the list displays both inactive and active campaigns rather than only active ones.



The interface supports full campaign lifecycle management, allowing users to transition between viewing, editing, creation, and deletion operations directly from the campaign list view.
