For Leads Coordinators

The leads coordinator assigns leads to advisors. The coordinator can also revoke and reassign leads, as well as generate leads reports. If you are an advisor who will be assigning and tracking your own leads, these classes are also for you.

For Advisors

Once a lead is assigned to an advisor by a leads coordinator, the advisor can reject or accept a lead, as well as update the status of a lead.
