SmartPolicies - Policy Transactions Content Link

When viewing a policy, the user can access the Policy Transactions content link to enter policy related transactions such as: -

Address Change

• Beneficiary Change
• Benefit Paid

• Loan Interest Repayment
• Loan Repayment

• Other
• Partial Surrender

• Policy Dividend Policy Loan
• Premium Change

• Premium Payment
• Received Commissionable Premium

• Total Surrender

To add a policy transaction, click the Options button and select New 'Policy Transaction' record in the Transactions List section to open the Policy Transaction dialog box.
