Policy Reports

Generating Policy Reports

• From an open Contact, click the Menu button and from the expanded list, select Run Report to open the Reports dialog box.
• Select the Policy Reports button to display the list of available reports and then select the applicable report option.

• Click the Run button to generate the report.

Generating Policy Based Dynamic Reports

• Select Dynamic Reports from the expanded Reports menu to open the Search Dynamic Reports dialog box.
• Select the appropriate policy option from the Category drop-down list.

• Click the Search button to display the Dynamic Report List. Note: To sort the list by a specific column, click the column heading hyperlink.
• Tag a report and then click the Run Report button to generate the report.
