SmartView for Advisors Course

SmartView for Advisors allows a BGA's external advisors to access to their own up-to-date pending case, policy and contact information day or night, seven days a week, without the need for a full SmartOffice end-user license. This limited-access account helps advisors deliver better service to their clients and saves agency staff time by eliminating time-consuming phone calls to the BGA to inquire about case status updates and activities.
