Sets
A set is a method of grouping SmartOffice records. You can create sets to conveniently group records that share common characteristics.
The individual records that make up a set are called “members” of the set. You can create a set called A Clients whose members are your top clients. Then, whenever you want to quickly view a list of your top clients, you can open the A Clients set.
