Using the Navigation Menu
The navigation menu lets you access the main sections of SmartOffice Anywhere.
- On small screens (e.g., smartphones or small tablets), use the navigation menu across the bottom of the screen.
- The buttons in the navigation menu for small screens can be customized in Settings.
- In the iOS and Android apps, an additional row of buttons gives you access to more functions.
- Back: Takes you back to the previous screen you were viewing.
- SOA: Displays the SmartOffice Anywhere interface and your SmartOffice data. This button is selected by default.
- Authenticate: Generates a one-time code for signing in to SmartOffice Pro if you use two-step authentication.
- Refresh: Refreshes the data on the screen (if you’re viewing SmartOffice data) or generates a new one-time code (if you’re viewing an existing one-time code generated for two-step authentication in SmartOffice Pro).
- Logout: Signs you out of the mobile app.
- On large screens (e.g., desktop computers, laptops or large tablets), use the navigation menu along the left side of the screen.
- To save space on the page, you can hide text labels in the side menu. Select the slider
at the bottom of the menu to show or hide text labels.
