Data Import - Introduction

The Data Import feature of SmartOffice enables the user to quickly bring data into SmartOffice from other programs and data sources using a step-by-step wizard.

Note: Policy, pending case and investment data feeds are covered elsewhere in this help system..

The wizard enables the user to map the fields in the import file to the appropriate fields in SmartOffice. These mappings and other settings are saved in the system so that future imports can be performed more quickly.
