Overview

The MarketingLibrary.net integration for SmartOffice enables users to push prewritten, compliant marketing content from MarketingLibrary.net into SmartOffice for delivery to SmartOffice contacts.

Setup

SmartOffice Setup

A SmartOffice user with administrator rights must enable the appropriate license for each SmartOffice user who will use the integration.

1. In SmartOffice, select Setup \> User Accounts and access the User Rights content link for the user's account.
2. In the Licenses column, select MarketingLibrary in the Integration section.

Note: The MarketingLibrary user right enables both the MarketingLibrary.net integration and the MarketingPro integration.

1. Select Menu \> Save.
2. Repeat these steps for each additional user.

MarketingLibrary.net Setup

After completing SmartOffice setup, log in to MarketingLibrary.net to link your MarketingLibrary.net account with your SmartOffice account. For more information, contact MarketingPro support.

Using the Integration

To use the integration, select a marketing piece in MarketingLibrary.net and click the Add message to SmartOffice button. For more details, contact MarketingPro support.
