Integrations - MarketingPro


Overview


The MarketingPro integration for SmartOffice enables users to:


  • Export contacts and sets from SmartOffice into MarketingPro.
  • Synchronize any changes to those records from SmartOffice to MarketingPro (one way).

Setup


SmartOffice Setup


A SmartOffice user with administrator rights must enable the appropriate license for each SmartOffice user who will use the integration.


  1. In SmartOffice, select Setup \> User Accounts and access the User Rights content link for the user's account.
  2. In the Licenses column, select MarketingLibrary in the Integration section.

Note: The MarketingLibrary user right enables both the MarketingPro integration and the MarketingLibrary.net integration.

  1. Select Menu \> Save.
  2. Repeat these steps for each additional user.

MarketingPro Setup


After completing SmartOffice setup, log in to MarketingPro to link your MarketingPro account to your SmartOffice account. During setup, you will also select the SmartOffice contacts and sets you want to synchronize.

Using the Integration


Once setup is complete, the integration works automatically. Any changes made to SmartOffice contacts and sets are synchronized to MarketingPro within 24 hours. For more details, contact MarketingPro support..
