Mass Correspondence


Mass correspondence is used to send e-mail or print correspondence to multiple contacts at the same time. In recent versions of SmartOffice, regular correspondence and mass correspondence have been combined into a single process. See Correspondence.


In addition to using the regular correspondence process to send mass correspondence, the user can select Mass Correspondence from the Sales \& Marketing expanded menu. This opens the Correspondence Wizard directly and enables the user to send correspondence to all contacts in the database, those contacts defined in a filter or those defined in a set.
