Products - Searching for Products

To display a list of products in SmartOffice:

1. On the side menu, select Insurance and then choose Products from the expanded menu to open the Search Products dialog box.

1. Do one of the following:

• Leave the fields blank to find all products in the system.
• To narrow down the list of results, enter the product name, carrier, plan type, product code, insurance type and/or product status. Optionally, click the Filter hyperlink to select a filter.

1. Click the Search button to display the Product List.

Products from higher offices and system offices are highlighted in blue. For more information about working with lists in SmartOffice, see Lists.

Other ways to access the carrier module in SmartOffice:

• From the Search box, select Insurance > Product from the drop-down list and then click the Search button.
• While viewing a policy or pending case, click the product's name in the page heading.

• While viewing a carrier, click the Products tab.
