Using the Profiles Professional Integration

  1. In SmartOffice, search for the contact.
  2. Tag the contact in the list of search results, or open the contact record.
  3. Select Menu > Integrations > Profiles.
  4. Save the file to an easily accessible location on the local computer, such as the desktop or downloads folder (Profiles does not support opening the file automatically).
  1. In Profiles\+, select File > Import/Export > Import SmartOffice Case.
