Accessing Integrations


Depending on how an integration is designed, it may be accessible from a specific record, the navigation menu or both. Integrations that are accessible from a specific record normally exchange data about that particular record with the other application. Integrations that are accessible from the navigation menu typically have more general functionality, like opening the home page of the other application.


  1. Access integrations by opening a contact record and selecting the integrations button base_button_integrations.png in the Personal Information section, or by selecting Integrations on the navigation menu (on small screens, you may need to select More to see this option), or from a list of presale activities by selecting the options button base_button_options.png for a particular record and then selecting the integrations button base_button_integrations00001.png.
  2. Select the integration you want to use.

Result: If you are accessing an integration for the first time, you may be prompted to enter your user name, password or other information for that application. The next time you access the integration, you typically will not be prompted again for that information.
