Use Security within SmartOffice to control access to data and advanced system functions. Safeguard yourself and your data from unwanted manipulation! Administrators may be concerned about the data entitlement within the corporate and satellite offices, giving rise to questions such as:


  • Can an office assistant be given read-only rights to my data while preventing other advisors in the office from accessing my data?

The flexible security system in SmartOffice provides data entitlement and special privileges through office level and enterprise level security.
