SmartLeads - Dispatching and Forwarding Leads


Overview


Dispatching and forwarding leads involves moving leads from one office to another.


Dispatching Leads from the Corporate Office


When a System office user who is a leads coordinator in the Corporate Office sends leads to another office, the user is "dispatching" those leads.


  1. From the Unassigned Leads List, select one or more leads.
  2. Select Dispatch to Office from the expanded Menu list.
  3. In the Search Offices dialog box, search for and select the office to which the selected leads should be dispatched.

The status of the lead changes to Dispatched, and the lead displays on the Unassigned Leads List of the leads coordinator in the office to which it was dispatched.


Forwarding Leads to Another Office


A leads coordinator or advisor can forward leads to another office or to a specific advisor in that office.


  1. From the Unassigned Leads List or the Unaccepted Leads List, select one or more leads.
  2. Select Forward Leads from the expanded Menu list.
  3. When the Forward Leads to Another Office/Advisor dialog box opens:
  1. - Enter the name of the office to which the leads will be forwarded. - To assign the leads to a specific advisor in the selected office, enter the SmartOffice sign-in name of the advisor. If no advisor is specified, the leads will be forwarded to the leads coordinator of the specified office.
  1. Click the OK button.

The lead is displayed on the Unassigned Leads list of the office it was forwarded to (or on the Assigned Leads list of the specific advisor it was forwarded to).
