Overview
There are five types of SmartLeads users. Each office can have one or more of each user type. To determine the appropriate user types to create, refer to the descriptions and setup instructions below.
User Types
Leads Coordinator with Advisor View
These users act as coordinators and advisors, managing the office's leads as well as pursuing leads themselves. They can:
- Dispatch leads from the Corporate Office.
- Forward leads to other offices/advisors.
- Assign leads to advisors.
- Accept and reject leads.
- Revoke leads.
- Analyze and report on leads.
- Create and import leads.
- Perform lead success ratio validation.
Leads Coordinator Only
These users can do everything that Leads Coordinator with Advisor View users can do except assign leads to themselves. They are strictly coordinators and do not act as advisors.
Advisor Only
These users can:
- Forward leads to other offices/advisors.
- Accept and reject leads.
- Analyze and report on leads.
Leads Coordinator View
The Leads Coordinator View role is a simplified solution for users interested only in the basic coordinator features of SmartLeads. Additional licenses for the Base System, SmartOpportunities and other modules are not needed, though these options are available should the user decide to upgrade. These users can:
- Forward leads to other offices/advisors.
- Assign leads to advisors.
- Revoke leads.
- Analyze and report on leads.
- Create and import leads.
- Perform leads follow-up.
Leads View
The Leads View role provides a simplified solution for users interested only in the basic advisor features of SmartLeads. Additional licenses for the Base System, SmartOpportunities and other modules are not needed, though these options are available should the user decide to upgrade. These users can:
- Forward leads to other offices/advisors.
- Accept and reject leads.
- Analyze and report on leads.
- Perform leads follow-up.
User Setup
To configure the SmartLeads user types described in the previous section, refer to the table below for the necessary licenses and settings. The SmartOffice administrator accesses these settings on the User Accounts - User Rights Content Link.
