SmartOffice Color Codes
Various text and background colors are used throughout the program as visual indicators of record type, status, etc. The meaning of some colors is dependent on the area of the program or module that is being used.

This includes records located in the System office, resource office or another office in an enterprise office hierarchy. It does not include records shared from another office using the record sharing feature (see below). | |||

| Red Font | Dates appear in red in the following contexts: Date of birth (PERSONAL\_DOB) falls between the previous 5 days and next 10 days Review date (CONTACT\_ReviewDate) has passed or falls within the next 20 days Policy renewal date (POLICY\_RenewalDate) falls within the next 30 days. Policy expiration date (POLICY\_ExpDate) falls within the next 30 days Carrier expiration date (VENDOR\_Expiration) falls within the next 30 days Driver license expiration date (PERSONAL\_DriverLicExp) falls within the next 30 days Insurance product expiration date (INSPRODUCT\_Expiration) falls within the next 30 days Rider expiration date (RIDER\_Expiration) falls within the next 30 days Errors and omissions record expiration date (EOSTATUS\_ExpDate) falls within the next 30 days Commission banding expiration date (COMMBANDING\_EXPDATE) falls within the next 30 days Advisor contract expiration date (ADVCONTRACT\_EXPDATE) falls within the next 30 days Pending case requirement follow-up date (REQUIREMENTS\_FollowUpDate) has passed Advisor request due date (AGENTREQS\_DueDate) has passed Bank account maturity date (BANKACCT\_MaturityDate) falls within the next 20 days Notes receivable maturity date (NOTESRECEIVABLE\_MaturityDate) falls within the next 30 days Investment position maturity date (POSITION\_MaturityDate) falls within the next 30 days | |||
