SmartResource for Carrier-Plan Data - Introduction
Note: This feature is not available in Canada and Australia.
The SmartResource for Carrier-Plan Data module (also known as Resource Office) enables any subscribing SmartOffice user to access up-to-date carrier and product information for a growing list of carriers. This information is stored in a special Zinnia-hosted resource office that users can access through SmartOffice modules such as SmartPolicies, SmartCaseManager and SmartCommissions.

The advantage of using this special, read-only resource office is that users do not have to manually update carrier and product information in SmartOffice. The data is updated and maintained by the SmartOffice team and is available immediately to users who create policies and pending cases.
