Policies

The policy tracking feature lets you review the details, status, requirements and other information associated with both inforce and pending policies.

In addition to searching for policies and viewing their details and statuses, you can easily contact the case manager and interested parties or send a case status report to the advisor.

note:  Policy tracking is available only to users who have the appropriate user rights. If you need assistance with enabling this feature, contact your SmartOffice administrator or Zinnia.
