Searching for Policies

SmartOffice Anywhere has a robust search feature that helps you locate inforce and pending policies quickly.

1. Select Policies on the navigation menu (on small screens, you may need to select More to see this option). On large screens, you can also select the Policies button on your dashboard.
2. Select the policy Search box, and then type the policy number or the name of the primary contact associated with the policy. You can enter a name in any format (last, first or first and last). As you type, SmartOffice dynamically displays results that match your search.
3. To show pending and/or group policies in the search results, set the Show Pending Only and/or Show Group slider to Yes.
4. When the policy you are searching for appears in the list, select the policy number to open it.
