Viewing a Policy

You can view an inforce or pending policy record to see basic information, status, requirements and important contact information.

From any list of policies, select the policy number to view its details. The methods available for accessing a list of policies vary depending on whether you are using a small- or large-screen device.

• On small screens:
• Open the contact associated with the policy, scroll down to the Policies section, and select the show button . Then select the policy number.

• On large screens, do any of the following:
• Perform a policy search from the navigation menu or dashboard.

• Open the contact associated with the policy, scroll down to the Policies section, and select the show button . Then select the policy number.
• Open the advisor or agency associated with the policy, scroll down to the Policies section, and select the show button . Then select the policy number.
