Changing Your Password Reminder Question

Your password reminder question helps you reset your password if you forget it. During the password reset process, SmartOffice Anywhere verifies your identity by asking you for the answer to the security question you have selected.

1. On small screens, select Settings in the navigation menu (you may need to select More to see this option), go to the Security section by selecting the lock button , and then select Change Password. On large screens, select the profile menu, and then select Change Password.
2. On the Edit Password/PIN Settings screen, select Reminder Question.
3. Select a question from the Reminder Question list.
4. In the Reminder Answer field, type an answer to the question you selected.
5. Select Save.
