SmartOpportunities - Introduction


The SmartOpportunities module provides the user with a powerful and flexible way to automatically identify and follow-up on sales opportunities.

The module helps sales managers with tasks such as examining the health of the sales pipeline by individual, team or organization; forecasting expected sales; and coordinating resources and sales activities.


By creating a tailored opportunity tracking and reporting methodology, managers can track progress online as opportunities move from stage to stage—from initial follow-up, to information gathering and needs analysis, to the presentation of products and services, to the successful close of the sale.
