SmartOpportunities - User Setup

To use SmartOpportunities, a user must have certain licenses enabled. These settings must be configured by a SmartOffice administrator on the User Accounts - User Rights content link.

• Opportunity Setup Administrator: Enable this license for any user who will be responsible for setting up opportunity processes and content (see Opportunity Setup). This license also enables the user to mass modify the opportunity owner for multiple opportunities at once.
• Opportunity: This license enables the user to access basic module features. If the user will not be performing opportunity setup but will simply be using the module, this is the only license required. This license is enabled automatically when the Opportunity Setup Administrator license is enabled.

In addition, the following user rights and settings can be enabled to let a user perform mass modification tasks:

• Mass Assignments: This user right is required for users who need to mass modify the opportunity owner or stage for multiple opportunities at once.
• Reporting on Multiple Users' Data: This user right is required for users who need to mass modify the opportunity owner for multiple opportunities at once.
• Super User: If the user does not have the Opportunity Setup Administrator license, this option must be enabled for users who need to mass modify the opportunity owner for multiple opportunities at once. This option is enabled on the [User Accounts
