The key features of the SmartOpportunities module are as follows:


  • SmartOpportunities activity outcome is integrated for a seamless, powerful user experience that eliminates the need to navigate to different areas of the application. The Activity Outcome dialog box introduces all of the necessary information needed to meet the daily needs of the user.
  • SmartOpportunities links with the SmartPolicies and SmartCaseManager modules, providing a complete user experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Managers can actively define the individual steps of the sales process to handle different sales methods (e.g., Retail vs. Corporate).
  • Opportunity stages are customizable to handle the different sales cycle stages.
  • Specific opportunity actions can be defined for the different stages of the sales process (e.g., Send a Letter, Create an Activity and Send an Invitation to a Seminar).
