Templates - Introduction

To make correspondence easier to create and send, SmartOffice features a collection of form letter, envelope, label and header/footer templates. Templates are available for a variety of purposes, including appointment reminders, birthdays and providing clients with updates on insurance policies or investments. In addition to using the templates included with SmartOffice, users can create their own templates.



Template Administration is the area of the system in which templates created and managed. To learn about printing and sending letters, envelopes and labels based on these templates, see Correspondence.




Note: To access Template Administration and related features, a user must have the Template Administration user right.
