SmartLeads - Leads Follow-Up

Because Leads Coordinator View and Leads View users do not have access to SmartCalendar, the Leads Follow-Up feature enables those users to display and manage lead-related activities in SmartLeads.

To access Leads Follow-Up, select Leads Follow-Up from the expanded Calendar menu.

Select a date range from the Date Ranges drop-down list to view all lead follow-ups for that period.
