Office Security - Introduction
Office security is one of several levels of security offered in SmartOffice. Office security (also known as SmartSecurity) enables a set of rules that regulate data visibility, i.e., who can see what data in the office. Understanding office security in SmartOffice is important to configuring the office so that it meets the requirements of a business.

Note: Office security applies only to data visibility, not access to SmartOffice modules or features or office security policies (e.g., password expiration and IP address restrictions).
Access to modules is configured in User Accounts, while security policies are configured in Office Settings.
