Data Visibility/Permissions Settings


The Data Visibility/Permissions settings let you define data visibility and other relationships that the user has with other users in the office. Whose Data This User Can See

and type the user’s name. Do remove a user from the list, select the Delete button base_button_delete_field.png next to the user’s name.


Who Can See This User's Data


This is a list of the other users in the office who can view this user’s data. You cannot add users directly to this list; instead, switch to the user account of the person you want to add, and then make the necessary changes on that user’s Whose Data This User Can See list.


User Groups

to open a search box. Select inside the Search for Resources field, an then type the name of the group you want to add the user to. When a matching group appears, select it to add it to the list. A user can belong to multiple user groups.
