Deleted Distributors

When distributors are deleted, they are moved from the Distributor List to the Deleted Distributors area of SmartOffice. This enables the user to restore or permanently delete the distributors from SmartOffice as needed.

1. From the side menu, click Utilities and then select Deleted Distributors to open the Search Deleted Records dialog box.
2. If a Filter or Set can be used to narrow the search, enter the names of these items in the appropriate fields.
3. Click the Search button to display the Deleted Records List.
4. Select the appropriate record(s) and then click the Restore Tagged Records button to restore the records to the database; or, click the Delete Tagged Records Permanently button to completely remove them from the system.
