Viewing Documents

SmartOffice Anywhere lets you view files linked to your contact records.

1. Search for and open a contact.
2. Scroll down to the Documents section, and then select the show button .

1. Locate the document in the list and select its Open button .

• The document downloads to your device. Depending on your device’s settings, the document may open automatically. If it does not, open your device’s download manager or download folder and open the file manu­ally. You must have an application installed on your device that is capable of opening the downloaded file type.
