Contacts and Businesses - Introduction
To retain customers, a business owner must remember clients on important days such as birthdays, anniversaries and annuity/policy renewal dates. SmartOffice enables a user to track this important information. SmartOffice stores everything from addresses and phone numbers to key relationships and household members. Users can look up this information as well as create reports based on the data.
Contact and business records are closely integrated with other SmartOffice modules. For example, users who have the SmartPolicies module can view a contact's insurance policies directly from the contact record, while SmartInvestments users can access contact-specific account and position information.
